1. Tortilla is a staple food in Mexico and throughout Latin America.

Tortilla is made out of corn flour. Once the corn flour is cooked it is called corn masa. The masa is the one to use in tortilla making. 

2. Tortilla is made from a corn flour and water dough that is boiled, then stretched and folded into a variety of shapes.

Tortilla can be in different weight and sizes. The most popular sizes are 40g/150mm, 60g/200mm, 80g/250mm, 100g/300mm. There can be a more variation depending on the customer requirement.

3. Tortillas can be eaten as a snack, appetizer, or main course.

Once the circular shape is formed it has to baked so that it is ready to use. Once the tortilla is made you can add plenty of filling.

4. Tortillas are often paired with salsa, guacamole, and other toppings.
